1952 graduated from the Department of Agriculture, College of Agriculture, Nanjing Jinling University. 1956 was admitted to the Department of Agriculture of Beijing Agricultural University as a postgraduate majoring in cytogenetics, studied under Professor Li, and graduated at the end of 1960, where he stayed as a teacher. 1958 Internship in Romania.
