When you apply for a residence permit, declare your personal information and click Save when you are finished. After saving, find the personal information you just saved in the "New Employment Report", select the personal information you want to declare and click "Report", and then "Pending Approval". Generally, if you declare before 4 pm, you can approve it before the end of the day, or wait for about half an hour to report it.
