Luo Ruiqing (1May 3, 9061-1August 3, 978), a native of Nanchong, Sichuan, joined the Whampoa Military Academy in his early years and joined the party in June/928. 1955 was awarded the rank of general of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, the 1st Class August 1st Medal, the 1st Class Medal of Independence and Freedom, and the 1st Class Medal of Liberation.
