Zhang Yanjun, the national Wushu champion, introduced.
Zhang Yanjun, president of Wu Wen School in Yaodu District, Linfen City, Shanxi Province, president of Linfen Wushu High School, president of Yan Jun Wushu School in Linfen City, president of Du Yao Wushu Association, torchbearer of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, member of the Political Consultative Conference of Linfen City and Yaodu District, member of the Yaodu District Committee of Linfen Citizens' Democratic Construction Association, and the ninth generation descendant of Hongtong Tongbei Boxing in Shanxi, China.

Zhang Yanjun was gifted at an early age. He practiced Changquan, Nanquan, Tai Ji Chuan, Chen Tai Ji Chuan, Hong Tong Tongbei Boxing and various martial arts equipment, and constantly explored and innovated, eventually forming a unique style of kung fu. Because of this, he won himself a high-paying position as head coach and vice president.

At the age of 25, he came up with the idea of establishing a Wu Wen school independently. He found that many martial arts schools are "emphasizing martial arts over literature" and neglecting moral education, and the three cannot be organically integrated. He wants to crack and innovate the traditional teaching concept of martial arts schools, and he has the confidence and confidence to reform the education and teaching of martial arts schools. After fierce ideological struggle, Zhang Yanjun resolutely gave up his job and post to ensure the harvest of drought and flood, and founded a national first-class wenwu school.

Running a school requires procedures, funds, professional teachers and a considerable number of students. Moreover, it is even more difficult to run a full-time boarding school for martial arts training and cultural teaching.

Now that the goal is set, the way to find it will not turn back, even if it is a thorn in the road. This is Zhang Yanjun's character: looking for a goal and never giving up.

He took out the "family property" of 10 thousand yuan accumulated for many years and began to break through. Everywhere, people shook their heads again and again: "Now the martial arts school is saturated, how much money do you have to invest?" How many rich and experienced people in society dare to think about it? Can you do it? ..... "Zhang Yanjun was not discouraged. He firmly told others about his school-running philosophy, looked forward to the future of the school, and shuttled through relevant departments with confidence. From disapproval to approval, from worry and doubt to understanding and support, after a summer of unremitting efforts, Du Yaowu School was finally established on August 8, 2006.

At the beginning of the school, there was no office space, no teaching facilities and no start-up funds. There are only two students and a coach. What makes Zhang Yanjun anxious is, where do hundreds of thousands of start-up funds come from? In those days, he lost sleep. Worry belongs to worry, but running a school can't be discounted, so he embarked on a difficult road of fund-raising. He always believes that as long as he persists, the school will grow from small to large, from weak to strong, and will eventually win the recognition of parents, students and society. Wu Wen Haoshiduomo School finally has a strong faculty, an open campus, teaching buildings, dormitories, training halls, restaurants, advanced teaching facilities, water, electricity and heating. With the development of the school, the teaching quality has been continuously improved. Graduates were admitted to universities in batches and joined the army, realizing their ideals.

In 2003, Zhang Yanjun was still advancing in adversity, but when he read in the newspaper that many "Spring Bud Girls" were facing the dilemma of dropping out of school because of family poverty, he did not hesitate to accept 14 "Spring Bud Girls" to study in Wu Wen school in the form of full funding. Exempt them from all fees until they graduate from junior high school. He said: "If I have the ability in the future, I will support more poor students." In May, 2005, she was awarded "Shanxi Love Ambassador" by Shanxi Women's Federation.

At present, Zhang Yanjun's Wu Wen School has gone through nine years, and the school has made some achievements, and he has won many honors himself, but he is not satisfied. He told the editor-in-chief of Linfen Channel of China Enterprise News Network: "I think my career has just begun."

In June 2008, Zhang Yanjun joined forces with his alma mater Linfen Wushu High School, and he served as the chairman. Under the situation of resource sharing and complementary advantages, he loudly put forward the goal of "building the top ten brands of China Wushu". After the merger of the two schools, the original Linfen Wushu School also joined in, and the total number of students in the school exceeded 1000.

Meticulous, step by step, pursuing higher, this is a true portrayal of Zhang Yan's military career. The school's performance is the most telling. In terms of cultural teaching, the quality of teaching has been continuously improved. In 2008, 16 high school graduates were admitted to the Institute of Physical Education, and six students joined the army to become the elite of the army. In June, 65,438+065,438+0, he participated in the Wushu Competition of the Ninth Wushu School in Shanxi Province, and won three group championships: routine group, Sanda group and ordinary group, becoming the largest and most powerful Wushu in Shanxi Province. In 2009, 27 high school graduates were admitted to the Institute of Physical Education, and together with Yuanyuan, they were admitted to Chengdu Institute of Physical Education, a famous university in China. Talking about the next step, Zhang Yanjun told us that the school is now working hard to achieve the second five-year plan: to achieve "double thousand" (by 20 1000, the number of students exceeds 1000, and the assets exceed1000). After 20 1 1 year, it will take us ten years to achieve the two goals of leading the province and being in the top ten in China.

Finally, Zhang Yanjun said that "based on moral education, based on culture, featuring martial arts" is our school-running purpose, and it is our school-running characteristic to ensure that students can practice a kung fu while studying cultural classes. By learning Wushu, it is our goal to make students correct their conduct, temper their will, strengthen their physique and realize their ideals. We will, as always, strive for perfection and perseverance, and strive to build the top ten brands of Wushu education in China. "
