There is a natural cave at the foot of the steep cliff in the north of Mangjita Temple in Baisiye, which is said to be home to the snake fairy Baisiye. Before liberation, there was a small temple near the entrance of the cave called "Baiyes Temple". In old China, when Chinese and Russian steamboats passed through Baisiye Cave, they all blew their horns and burned incense, and sent plaques to hang red, so as to sail safely. After liberation, it was demolished by the masses in the land reform struggle. 1935 (2 years of pseudo-Kant), Fuyuan people donated money to build a more magnificent Baisi Temple at the foot of Xishan Mountain, named Baiyun Temple. Baiyun Temple is a traditional architectural style in China, with carved beams and painted buildings. In the center of the main hall is a white statue of Grandpa Four, with a golden couple standing on both sides and eight donkey kong in their respective positions. Since then, the incense of Baiyun Temple has continued, and many shippers have sent plaques to hang red. 1948 Spring, Baiyun Temple was demolished by the people.

The Monument to the Heroes and Martyrs of the Soviet Navy was built in September 1945 to commemorate 27 Soviet Red Army soldiers who died in the battle of liberating Fuyuan. 1960, the county people's government rebuilt a granite monument with a height of 30 meters.
