Wang Ping of Yinchuan, Ningxia was sentenced to more than three years and less than four years. According to the information released by Tianyancha, the public prosecution agency believes that the defendant Wang Ping intentionally injured others' bodies, causing one person to be seriously injured in the second degree. If the facts of the crime are clear and the evidence is really sufficient, he should be investigated for criminal responsibility for intentional injury. Defendant Wang Ping truthfully confessed his crime, and according to the third paragraph of Article 67 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), he can be given a lighter punishment. In response to the above allegations, the public prosecution agency presented the defendant's confession and defense, victim's statement, witness testimony, documentary evidence and expert opinions to the court to prove the criminal facts of the above allegations, and suggested that the defendant Wang Ping be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than five years.
