2. Graduates' academic qualifications, degrees and relevant certificates must be obtained before July 3, 2065438.
3. The calculation of working experience years ends at 20171016.
4. Persons who have received criminal punishment and have been expelled from public office, non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities, active servicemen, and persons who are not allowed to be employed according to the law are not allowed to enter the examination. Candidates can't apply for positions where they should avoid kinship.
Four. Recruitment procedure
(A) release recruitment information

The written test shall be conducted by unified examination, unified standard and unified marking. The written test focuses on the professional knowledge of candidates applying for positions. The written test scores are scored on a 100-point scale, and the passing score of the written test is set at 60 points. According to the position and the number of recruits, the interview candidates are determined in proportion from high score to low score. If the number of qualified people in the written test does not reach the recruitment ratio, the interview candidates shall be determined according to the actual number of qualified people; If there is a vacancy, cancel the recruitment. After the written test, the written test results and the list of interview candidates will be announced in time.
For positions with simplified procedures, the interview candidates are determined according to the number of qualified applicants.

The interview is conducted in the form of defense, which mainly examines the applicant's theoretical literacy, thinking ability, professional knowledge and business ability. Total interview score 100. For positions that fail to meet the required proportion and simplify procedures, the interview score is set at 70 points, and those who reach the interview score can enter the scope of investigation. The interview results will be announced on the spot after the interview.
The interview time and place will be announced separately.
The total score is calculated according to the ratio of written test score to interview score, and the post interview score with simplified procedures is the total score of the exam. The written test scores, interview scores and total scores are calculated to two decimal places. According to the total score, determine the candidates who enter the scope of investigation. If the total scores of candidates in the same position are tied, the candidates will be determined according to the written test scores from high to low.
(4) Inspection and physical examination
According to the recruitment position, according to the total test scores of candidates, the candidates who enter the investigation scope are determined according to the ratio of the number of recruits from high to low 1: 1.2, and the candidates who pass the investigation are determined according to the ratio of the number of recruits 1: 1. Physical examination is organized by Shandong Institute of Water Conservancy. If re-examination is required according to regulations, it shall not be carried out in the original medical examination hospital, and the re-examination can only be carried out 1 time, and the result shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.
Applicants who fail to attend the physical examination at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically. Vacancies caused by voluntary abandonment or unqualified medical examination can be filled in equal amounts in turn from other personnel who have entered the same post inspection scope.
(5) Employment publicity
Candidates who have passed the examination, inspection and physical examination will be publicized on the website of Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for 7 working days. Publicity without objection, submitted to the Provincial Department of human resources and social security audit record. Those who meet the employment conditions shall issue the Notice of Filing for Recruiters in Institutions, and go through the relevant formalities with the Notice of Filing for Recruiters in Institutions. The employing unit and the employed personnel shall sign employment contracts and establish personnel relations in accordance with the regulations.
