Guo of Northwest Normal University is from Tianshui, Gansu. Guo, a native of Tianshui, Gansu, was born in 1964 and 10 for two months. As of August 17, 2023, he is currently a professor (level 3) of Northwest Normal University, a doctoral supervisor, the head of the teaching supervision team, the director of the Institute of Ancient Books Arrangement of Northwest Normal University, the doctoral students of distinguished professor and China of the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and the leader of Dunhuang studies.
