When I first received the task, I felt very uneasy. I'm afraid this arrangement is inhuman, and there are countless excellent teachers in the workshop. After all, I was just a fledgling young teacher at that time. I didn't have strong teaching ability and rich teaching experience, and I didn't know the concept of Chinese teaching. Therefore, we can only rely on the online and offline training we have received since work, the teacher's teaching, and the little experience we have accumulated to prepare lessons.

The intense lesson preparation began. I chose a memorable text and a successful experiment to explain and record. At the beginning of preparation, my mind was not developed. I prepared my lessons by relying on the staff and my own simple ideas. In order to ensure the fluency of classroom design, I had the first grinding class. My master commented on my first edition of teaching design after class and put forward suggestions for revision. I revised the teaching design of the second edition by combining the opinions put forward by Master and the workshop teacher with my own ideas. This edition of teaching design pays more attention to the use of language, in order to make students gradually change from learning texts to learning Chinese and learning methods, which is more convenient for future Chinese learning.

The main line of instructional design of the second edition is mastered, but in the process of preparation, I always feel that it is a soulless classroom without some flesh and blood, so I need some simple and meaningful contents to enrich the classroom and give it flesh and blood. However, due to the limitation of thinking, there is still no way to start. At that time, my mood could only be "I long for it." Leisure, tossing and turning ",but during this period, because of the one-on-one guidance of experts, I was enlightened and got it.

After listening to the guidance of experts, I first felt that Mr. Han Jun was very approachable. He praised the well-designed part of my class and gave me some confidence. For the part with poor design, I also give appropriate suggestions for modification. The plain language makes me feel like a spring breeze, and I can accept and correct it well. In this process, I also got the soul of the classroom design of this course.

In the process of teaching, I realize that my classroom design lacks the content that makes students feel the language, which is the missing soul in my classroom design. Under the guidance of teacher Han Jun, I revised my second edition teaching design again. In this revision, I added the ideas put forward by Mr. Han Jun to the classroom, which enriched and enriched the classroom teaching design.

In this process, Mr. Han Jun put forward the advantages of replacing "experiment" with "game" in the first natural paragraph of the text. In the process of my own preparation, I didn't think of this problem at all, and I didn't realize the benefits of this word substitution. After adding these contents, it can be imagined that the word "game" will definitely resonate with students, stimulate their enthusiasm for learning this text, let students better devote themselves to the text, and experience the author's accurate and appropriate words. On this basis, the accuracy of some words suggested by teacher Han Jun is increased. For example, when educators prepare for experiments, some verbs are used extremely accurately. I choose "take", "lack", "put" and "successively", or help students with words or actions on the basis of reading, so that students can better experience and understand and better understand the essence of the text.

Under the guidance of teacher Han Jun, I revised the teaching design of the third edition, and polished it in different classes to varying degrees during the period, which deepened my understanding of this article.

It's time to remember the lesson soon. I went to the podium with trepidation and made a class record of a successful experiment. For a new teacher and an unfamiliar class, there will be a sense of tension in the process of recording, and some unexpected mistakes will inevitably appear, but they will all be dissolved invisibly, and finally the recording of this class will be successfully completed.

After the classroom record is recorded, it will be uploaded to Aopeng Teacher Training Network, waiting for the evaluation of the classroom by Mr. Han Jun and other Chinese teachers in the workshop. For me, the really tense moment has just arrived. Finally, after the pain, I heard teacher Han Jun's classroom evaluation, which made me have more ideas about my class.

In the class evaluation, Mr. Han Jun first gave me the advantage of this class, which made me feel very lucky. After that, I put forward some views on this course, which made me realize the limitations of my thinking and the established thinking mode again. Through teacher Han Jun's classroom evaluation, I have a clearer understanding of my problems in classroom teaching. In the process of recording classes, I follow a certain design order too much, which leads to low teaching efficiency and poor learning effect of students. Moreover, as a new teacher, the recording of the first class is also tense, which leads me to be too serious in this class teaching. This feeling of being too serious in class will give people a feeling of not being very relaxed, and will also make students feel some pressure, which will lead to the failure of classroom teaching to achieve the expected results. Teacher Han Jun's careful evaluation also made me determined to get rid of these problems. With regard to the targeted opinions put forward by Mr. Han Jun, I can quickly realize my own problems and shortcomings in ordinary teaching classes, and I can make targeted corrections, so that I can quickly accumulate experience and grow.

Since then, this recording has come to a successful conclusion. In this process, I was nervous, but I also got unusual exercise. Under the inculcation of teacher Han Jun, I am more sure how to take this road of Chinese teaching in the future. Although as far as my current ability is concerned, I have not been able to be independent, but with the help and prompt of Han Jun's teacher, combined with my own efforts, I believe I can get rid of some problems quickly, boost my morale, quickly clear the obstacles on this road, walk out of a broad road and actively participate in it with a brand-new look.

Since September 20xx, I have participated in the three-month distance English training of Ao Peng. I deeply feel that this training has made me gain a lot in my study and work.

This training has designed a flexible and diverse training mode for us, which not only has the incisive explanation of experts, but also can observe the quality classes of many famous teachers. Let me know how to bring knowledge into life, let emotions enter the classroom, and give students broad thinking space. Teachers should create a good learning environment for students, make the classroom more lively and interesting, mobilize students' enthusiasm to the maximum extent, cultivate their interest in learning, and turn passive learning into active learning.

Every day of our training, we can hear the reports of educational experts and listen to different kinds of lectures, and we can feel the collision of ideological sparks every day.
