Zhang Xuejun, male, was born in August 1964, NLD. 1984 graduated from Hefei university of technology, majoring in mechanical manufacturing, and joined the work in August of the same year; 1992 graduated from Beijing Agricultural Engineering University with a master's degree in mechanical engineering. He is currently a researcher at the Institute of Facility Agriculture of the Planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture, a member of the 11th Committee of Beijing Chaoyang District of China People's Political Consultative Conference, a member of Beijing Chaoyang District Youth Federation, the director of the dry farming and water-saving agriculture professional committee of China Agricultural Technology Extension Association, and an expert in evaluating the water resources demonstration report of the Water Resources Department of the Ministry of Water Resources.
