Zheng Quanshui, 196 1, was born in Wan Hu Town, Jinxi County, Jiangxi Province in March. The first college students (Jiangxi Institute of Technology, now Nanchang University) 1977 resumed the college entrance examination, and 1982 obtained a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. 1982-93 was a teacher in the civil engineering department of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology (now Nanchang University), and successively served as teaching assistant (1983), associate professor (1987) and professor (1992) in engineering mechanics. 1983-85 Peking University's in-service master of applied mathematics (tutor is the late academician Guo Zhongheng), 1985 Hunan University's master of solid mechanics (tutor is Professor Yang Depin and Professor Xiong), 1989 directly applied for and obtained Tsinghua University's doctor of solid mechanics (tutor is academician Huang Kezhi). From May, 65438 to May, 1993, he was transferred to the Department of Engineering Mechanics in Tsinghua University as a professor, and successively served as a doctoral supervisor (1994), a responsible professor, and a Changjiang distinguished professor in the Ministry of Education (1999).
