Visiting scholars aim to promote people's exchange of knowledge and technology in the fields of education, art, business and science. Participants include professors who teach or engage in research in higher education institutions, scholars who specialize in research, entrepreneurs and government officials. And internationally renowned scholars who go abroad to engage in the following activities: travel, observation, consultation, research, training, sharing or displaying professional knowledge or skills, and participating in organized exchange projects.

The applicant shall submit the following materials to the Center:

(1) resume, including educational and scientific research experience, published academic achievements, etc.

(2) Research plan during the visit (not less than 3,000 words in Chinese and not less than 5 pages in English);

(3) Two letters of recommendation written by experts in related fields at home and abroad.

PS: The above application materials can be used in Chinese or English. At present, the center does not accept application materials in other languages ~
