1From August 1995 to August 2002, and from March 2007 to present, he taught in Fudan University Law School, majoring in civil and commercial law. He mainly teaches courses such as company law, commercial law and civil law.

Representative works include Comparative Study on Shareholder Derivative Litigation, published by Kluwer Publishing House in the Netherlands. In addition, he has published many papers in core magazines at home and abroad, such as Law, Law and Business Studies, and participated in the research of Shanghai Municipal Government.
