Liu Qinghai is from Jinan. From 65438 to 0962, he began to learn wrestling in the wrestling team of Jinan Locomotive Factory, and studied under Ma, the captain of Shandong Wrestling Team. After studying hard and practicing hard, Liu Qinghai won the Jinan Lightweight Wrestling Championship two years later and became a celebrity in Jinan Wrestling Circle. From 1964, Liu Qinghai practiced wrestling while teaching others wrestling for free until he retired from Jinan Locomotive Works in 2004.
