Vasa University is one of the newest campuses in Finland. Three of them are located in the former cotton mill that has been cleverly rebuilt. The school also provides apartments for guest lecturers, as well as traditional wooden house student apartments located in the area. Finnish modern architecture and ancient architecture constitute a fascinating environment.
General qualification
The qualification of the master's program is evaluated according to your previous education. According to Article 37 of the University Law (558/2009), the applicant shall meet the following requirements:
1. Have a suitable university degree;
2. Have a bachelor's degree from the applicable polytechnic; or
3. The appropriate degree completed abroad is the corresponding higher education qualification granted by the state.
Required documents
The required application documents are as follows:
-Printed and signed application form (created by electronic application system)
-Degree certificate
-written records (if not clearly described in the written records, a description of the registration system used must be included)
-Proof of language proficiency
-motivation letter included in the online application form
-Copy of passport information page/official ID card
-Resume (resume, resume, please use Europass resume form)
-passport photos
You can also submit other application documents. These may include, for example, letters of recommendation, work certificates and other diplomas. In addition to the entrance requirements, please check the specific standard requirements of this course.
Students who do not graduate during the course application period need to submit an official certified copy of your latest transcript (according to the specific requirements of possible countries). When applying, you should also indicate the expected graduation time (for example, a document from your graduation institution indicating your graduation date).
