Students who want to apply for studying in Germany must know the German study materials in advance, prepare the application materials in advance, and sort out the list of German study materials for you. You can come in and have a closer look.

I. Application materials

Online application form: the signature/date cannot be less, otherwise the application will be invalid.

Resume: continuous experience since primary school, preferably with signature date. Can I add photos to my resume according to the requirements of specific universities?

Motivation letter: explain the reason/professional background/study plan of applying for this major.

Original APS: APS certificate/make-up exam certificate for 1-3 semester (remember to make-up exam after graduation).

High school diploma: official certificate in Chinese, English or German.

University admission roster: official documents in English or German/notarize your own column.

Transcript: official certificate in Chinese, English or German four years after graduation/notarized and complete transcript.

Proof of study: when applying for next semester, you need to use proof of study instead of graduation certificate.

Undergraduate degree certificate: an official certificate in English or German.

Bachelor's degree: an official certificate in English or German.

Pre-graduation certificate: it proves the expected graduation time and the total credits taken at graduation, and proves that you can graduate normally.

German certificate: German teaching must submit a German certificate (/Telc /DSH/ Goethe certificate).

Passport first page: copy of personal information page.

VPD:TUM and other universities applying through UA have added VPD materials in recent semesters, so they need to apply in advance. Generally, UA needs to process for about one month to produce VPD materials.

Course Description: Seal (home page seal+riding seal)/German or English (in general, the course description is written in German for applying for German teaching and English for applying for English teaching).

Two-inch passport photos: Some schools insist on sending photos, while others don't. Please confirm when preparing the materials. Usually use a two-inch passport photo.

Practice certificate: extra points.

Letter of recommendation: extra points. It is suggested to write in English and give it to the professor for signature. Pay attention to the format.

Proof of transfer of application fee: if there is an application fee, it needs to be supplemented.

Credit transfer form: if required, it must be filled in.

Research-related certificates: additional points, such as paper publication/patent, etc.

Zu has applied before: If you apply again, you can add Zulassung from the last application.

English language proof: Please pay attention to the requirements of German teaching major for the applied major. Individual German teaching majors in individual schools need to submit English scores such as GRE or IELTS. Timely English language proof is not a necessary material. If you have IELTS or TOEFL transcripts, it is also a plus item.

Second, the application process

1, make a plan

You should first determine the school and major you want to apply for, and then take the time to learn more about it and make a general study plan, so that the steps will be clearer and the preparation will be smoother when applying.

Step 2 learn german

Undergraduate study in Germany, the teaching is basically German, so everyone should start language learning as soon as possible, carry out professional training in China, pay attention to listening, speaking, reading and writing, and then take the TestDaf and get a certificate above level 3.

Step 3 prepare materials

Academic diplomas and transcripts need to be produced by the official (school or Ministry of Education), and the GPA is generally above 3.0; Documentary resumes and statements need to be written by yourself, and letters of recommendation should be written by contacting referees.

Step 4 deposit

To prepare a visa application, you need to deposit enough money in a qualified bank at least half a year in advance, preferably in your own account name, and the amount is about 6,543,800 yuan, which needs to be frozen.

Step 5 submit an application

After the materials are sorted out, you can submit the application directly, which is divided into two steps. First of all, you should submit your online application form on the school official website, and then package the complete materials and send them directly to the school audit department.

Step 6 apply for a visa

Visa application needs to wait until everyone gets the results to confirm admission, but materials can be prepared first, especially physical examination, which needs to go to the designated hospital for examination. In addition to handing in materials, there is also an interview, and everyone must be fully prepared.

7. Confirm the accommodation

Arrange accommodation after arrival before going abroad. If you get the admission early, you can try to apply for a dormitory, or contact the intermediary directly to see the house. It is also more secure to confirm the signing before check-in.

8. Preparation before departure

Mainly the arrangement of luggage, the purchase of air tickets and so on. We need to make a good budget and make preparations according to our own needs, so as to ensure our new life of studying abroad smoothly.

Third, the application conditions

Generally speaking, most students belong to the "general domestic applicant review process" applicants.

A. (If the applicant has studied from primary school to high school for over 12 years): Pass the formal college entrance examination.

1. Key universities (National Institute of Technology 2 1 1) have a four-year undergraduate course, at least 1 semester;

2. Four-year undergraduate courses in ordinary universities, at least three semesters, can obtain direct admission qualification in Germany;

3. Four-year undergraduate courses in ordinary universities, with at least 65,438+0 semesters, must be enrolled in one-year preparatory courses or directly pass the "feststellungspruefung" of preparatory courses before entering German universities.

4. After graduating from a three-year junior college (that is, a "junior college"), you must first take the preparatory course or directly pass the "college entrance examination" of the preparatory course before you can enter a German university.

B. (If the applicant has studied from elementary school to high school for eleven years): Pass the formal college entrance examination.

1. Key universities (National Institute of Engineering 2 1 1) have a four-year undergraduate course with at least three semesters;

2. Ordinary universities can apply for direct admission to German universities as long as they have completed at least five semesters of four-year undergraduate courses.
