He has successively obtained Bachelor of Laws (Xuzhou Normal University, 199 1), Master of Laws (Nanjing University, 200 1) and Tsinghua University Senior Visiting Scholar (2005). Now he is a professor at Xuzhou Normal University, a tutor for master students, and an outstanding young backbone teacher in the school. He was awarded the title of Excellent Instructor for Graduation Thesis for many times (2004, 2005 and 2008) and Excellent Teaching Achievement Award (2004 and 2007). His main research fields are jurisprudence and legal history. He has served as the dean of the Department of Law and the vice president of the School of Law and Politics (200 1-2004, 2007.4-2009.6438+00), and is now the dean of the School of Law and Politics of Xuzhou Normal University.
