Fuzhou epidemic prevention policies are as follows:
1. Low-risk area: for those who live in Tianjin for less than 7 days, the verification system of negative nucleic acid certificate shall be implemented within 48 hours before arrival in Tianjin, and "three days and two inspections" shall be implemented after arrival in Tianjin;
2. High-risk areas: Those who have lived in China for 7 days will be observed in isolation at home for 5 days, and their nucleic acids will be detected on 1 and 5 days. The management period starts from leaving the risk area;
3. For entry personnel: centralized isolation for 5 days+home isolation for 3 days, during which the code is managed and they are not allowed to go out. On 1, 2, 3 and 5 days, medical observation was concentrated and 1 nucleic acid was detected respectively. On 1 and 3 days, medical observation was isolated at home and 1 nucleic acid was detected respectively.
Legal basis: Article 6 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases.
The health administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within their respective administrative areas. Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective functions and duties. The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the army shall be handled in accordance with this Law and the relevant provisions of the state, and shall be supervised and managed by the competent health department of the People's Liberation Army of China.
Article 7
Disease prevention and control institutions at all levels undertake infectious disease monitoring, forecasting, epidemiological investigation, epidemic situation reporting and other prevention and control work. Medical institutions undertake the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases related to medical treatment and the prevention of infectious diseases in their areas of responsibility. Urban communities and rural grass-roots medical institutions shall, under the guidance of disease prevention and control institutions, undertake the corresponding prevention and control of infectious diseases in urban communities and rural grass-roots units.
