Division has successively served as deputy chief dispatcher of Baotou Steel, director of blooming mill, director of thin slab continuous casting and rolling mill, assistant general manager and director of thin slab continuous casting and rolling mill, and deputy general manager, general manager, deputy secretary of party committee, director, chairman and deputy secretary of party committee of Baotou Steel (Group) Company. He is currently the deputy director and member of the Party Committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Government.
