Who is Luo Jiajun?
Mr. Luo Jiajun joined the Computer Information Processing Section of the Hong Kong Government (now the Information Technology Services Department) in 1973 as the System Analysis and Programming Officer. He was later appointed as an administrative officer by the Hong Kong government. During his fourteen years of service in the Hong Kong Government, Mr. Luo held a number of senior positions. Before leaving office in 1987, Mr. Luo was the Deputy Secretary for Industry and Commerce of the Hong Kong Government, handling matters related to Hong Kong's foreign trade policy and Hong Kong's economic and trade offices abroad.

Mr. Luo joined Lianqiang International (Hong Kong) Limited (formerly Laser Computer Limited) as an executive director in 1987 and was appointed as managing director in 1990. He is currently the President and CEO of Lianqiang International (HK) Limited and Lianqiang International Trade (China) Limited.

Mr. Luo graduated from the University of Hong Kong on 1973. He studied for a master's degree in business administration at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and studied several administrative courses at Oxford University and Henry Business School.

After work, Mr. Luo actively participated in public service and was appointed as a member of several advisory committees by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. Mr. Law is currently the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Civil Service Salaries and Conditions of Service and a member of several advisory committees, including the Civil Service Panel. He is also an unofficial justice of the peace in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In 20 10, Mr. Luo was awarded the silver bauhinia star by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in recognition of his enthusiastic participation in public service and outstanding performance.
