Chu Peiping was the deputy secretary and president of the Party Committee of Shanghai Maritime University.

Born in May, 1972, a native of Beiping, with a postgraduate degree, doctor of law, professor and doctoral supervisor. He has served as Dean of Dalian Maritime University Law School and Vice President of Dalian Maritime University. He is currently the deputy secretary and president of the Party Committee of Shanghai Maritime University.
