Wu qi's resume
When I was young, I did not hesitate to ask for an official. Zeng Shenshi studied Confucianism from Li Kui. Because the annexation war intensified, he abandoned Confucianism to join the army and later entered the official career in Lu. Qi attacked Lu, and it is said that in the Three Kingdoms, Wu Qi (Qi Ren) killed 1 1 begging for generals and defeated Qi soldiers. But in the end, he was suspected by Duke Mu of Lu, and when he heard that he sent a letter for wisdom, he went to Wei as a general, attacked Qin and even pulled out five cities. In the seventeenth year of Wei Liezhou (409 BC), he captured Linjin (now Dali East, Shaanxi Province) and Yuanli (now south of the city) to the west of Qinhe River and built these two cities. The following year, we attacked Qin to Zheng (now Huaxian County), built (now Dali South) and Heyang (now Heyang Southeast), occupied the Hexi area of Qin (now between the Yellow River and the south section of Beiluo River), and set Xihe County as the chief of Xihe County. During the period of guarding Xihe River, he emphasized the "rule" with few soldiers, and initiated the method of selecting foot soldiers: anyone who can wear full armor, hold a 12 stone crossbow (the pulling force of 12 stone refers to the crossbow, and one stone is about 30 kilograms today), carry 50 arrows, take Hogo's sword and carry three days' rations, and run a hundred miles in half a day. Wu Qi ruled the army, advocating severe punishment and clear reward, and teaching precepts first. He believes that if the law is unclear and rewards and punishments are not believed, then a million-strong army is useless. He beheaded people who attacked the enemy without orders to show that the law was clear. Willing to share weal and woe with the foot soldiers, they have no worries about food and clothing. According to legend, the foot soldiers suck gangrene and win the morale of the army. At the same time, Wen Zhi and Wu Bei go hand in hand, rectify the bureaucracy, pay attention to accumulation, and get close to the people, so rejecting Qin and Han is quite effective. When Wei Wuhou visited Xihe River, he advised him to run the country by virtue. Later, he was slandered by Wang Wei, a doctor, and was forced to leave Wei. The king of Chu mourned his name for a long time and named him Wan (now Nanyang, Henan). A year later, he was promoted to Yin and presided over the political reform. Later, he led the army to attack Baiyue in the south, entered Dongting and Cangwu (now Wuzhou, Guangxi), gained Wei in the north and Qin in the west, which made Enemy at the Gates, the state of Chu, prosperous for a while. In the twenty-first year of Zhou An, the king of Chu died, and the reform died because of haste and weak foundation. In the same year, Wuqi was also defeated by Chu nobles.
