Fangcheng Huida is the nominal sun company of China Cinda, and its major shareholder Huida Asset Custody Co., Ltd. is wholly owned by Huida Asset Custody in terms of equity structure, while Huida Asset Custody is 90% owned by China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd., and 10% is held by Zhongrun Economic Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Cinda, which means that the equity is only nominally owned by China Cinda, and the actual economic interests and voting rights are held and controlled by the central bank.
