Liu Ruixiang was born in 1936 in Gonglin, Shandong. Graduated from university majoring in traditional Chinese medicine. He is currently the chief physician of Linqu County People's Hospital. Member of CPPCC Linqu County Committee, academic experience tutor of Chinese medicine experts, member of China Association for Science and Technology, vice president of Shandong Linqu Ethnic Chinese Medicine Society, etc. He has been a doctor for more than 40 years, and has profound research and unique opinions on the classics of traditional Chinese medicine, with high professional theory and superb technical level. Clinically, it is emphasized that "spleen and stomach are the source of biochemistry, and qi between kidneys is the foundation of life", and that "if the five internal organs are insufficient to regulate the spleen and stomach, the disease will persist for a long time, and the poor will return to the kidney", forming an academic thought of regulating the spleen and stomach, nourishing yin and tonifying kidney.
