Design concept:

The facade of Zhongyuan Pagoda is a hyperbolic parabola with novel appearance, unique structure and beautiful shape. A bird's eye view is like plum blossoms in full bloom in the Central Plains. The tower seat of the Central Plains Wind Tower looks like a tripod, which means standing in the Central Plains. As an ancient musical instrument group, the pagoda is composed of cymbals, which symbolizes the communication function of the pagoda in the Central Plains. Overlooking the TV Tower from the air, it looks like a five-petal plum blossom. Chimonanthus praecox is the provincial flower of Henan Province, which means "Five Blessingg", meaning to open Five Blessingg and the Central Plains. Seen from the ground, the TV tower is like a solidified fireworks, standing upright, rotating upward, leaping naturally and flying gracefully.
