I wrote my resume in Word, and I want to put electronic photos on my resume, but the photos can't be reduced. What should I do?
1, you can use photoshop software to reduce photos.

2. You can also use the "drawing" program that comes with windows to reduce the picture.

The steps are as follows:

1) Click Start → Program → Attachment → Drawing to open the drawing program.

2) Click File → Open to open your photos (Note: the file type opened by the drawing program is bmp by default, but your photos may be of other types, so you need to change the file type to all files or all image files in the file opening window).

3) After the file is opened, click on the image → Stretch/Twist, and adjust the horizontal and vertical percentage of the stretching bar to 1%-99% according to your needs. Pay attention to reduce the same value horizontally and vertically, otherwise the photo will be distorted. Just save it as another name after adjustment. Warning: if you save it directly, the previous big photo will become smaller, and the effect will not be good if you enlarge it again.

3. In fact, the simplest method can be done in word, and there is no need to shrink it and put it in word. After you open the picture, you will find that there are 8 adjustment points in the four corners and four sides of the picture. You can adjust the dots on the four corners to enlarge or reduce your picture.
