Since I didn't win the prize, I'll write about my strengths and advantages. As a post-90s generation, the society knows your ability, which can be cultivated, but your attitude and basic quality are the foundation.
Resume writing skills:
The resumes of college students are generally too long. Some resumes are as long as 17 pages, but in fact, too much resume content will drown out some valuable highlights.
Moreover, every time when recruiting, enterprises, especially large enterprises, will receive many resumes, and it is impossible for staff to study them carefully. Generally, 1 resume reading time is only 1 minute, and no resume is longer than 3 minutes. Therefore, the resume should be as short as possible, and it is recommended that the resume should be only 1 page.
An important reason for a long resume is that some people have written all their middle school experiences, which is totally unnecessary, unless you have made special achievements in middle school, such as winning an Olympic champion. Generally speaking, learning experience should be written from the university.
Many students attached a thick stack of transcripts and honorary certificates to their resumes. They don't need these things on their resumes, just list the more important honors they have won. If companies are interested in this, they will ask job seekers to bring these with them during the interview.
