Zhang Zhimin, male, born in 1963, is a researcher, doctoral supervisor, and deputy director of the System Structure Department of Institute of Computing, China Academy of Sciences. He graduated from Tsinghua University Computer Engineering and Science Department. He has served as model designer, chief designer, deputy chief designer, chief designer and director of the overall research office of large space weapons.
