Lanzhou draws a blueprint for the next ten years and completes four east-west avenues.

Complete four east-west avenues

Expand the Cuishen section of Xijin Road, build an east-west main road on the east-west axis of the city, and fully implement it according to the planned section; Secondly, build the west extension section of Beibinhe Road (Yintan Yellow River Bridge-Xisha Yellow River Bridge), comprehensively open up the east-west traffic trunk road on the north bank of the Yellow River, build a second east-west trunk road, connect the Blue Ocean Expressway, and drive the development of the city's economic and technological development zone; Continue to extend Nanbinhe Road eastward to form the third east-west main road, and invest about 65.438+0.9 billion yuan to build Nanshan Highway, thus completing the construction of the fourth east-west corridor in Lanzhou.

Construction of four main exits

The south exit of Lanzhou is located in front of the plastic factory in Qilihe District, with Langongping Road in the east, Dong Xi Road in the west and Lin Lan Expressway in the south. Beikou is the section from Chengguan Yellow River Bridge to Gansu Police Academy. The construction of the north-south export project can change the traffic chaos at the north-south gate of Lanzhou. The total length of Nankou project is1.870m, the road width is 26m, and the total investment is 46.39 million yuan. The total length of Beikou is 4 100 meters, the road width is 24 meters, the viaduct is 1 seat, and the total investment is1300,000 yuan. Combined with the construction of Nanshan Highway, the east and west entrances and exits were reformed.

Improve the supporting project of road network

Three east-west roads will be built on both sides of Gaolan Road, the central axis of Lanzhou City, and an urban trunk road will be added to the north and south of Zhu Min Road, which will run through from Jinchang Road to Wuli Pupai Honggou. Expand five roads around the railway station, so that all roads on the east and west sides of the railway station are networked, and Baiyin Road and Jiuquan Road are closely connected with Wuquanshan, south of the Railway Bureau and Hualian Business Circle, so that Zhu Min Road, Dingxi Road and the north side of Jiayuguan are each added with an east-west secondary road.

Rebuilding Xigu City

The road network expansion project of Lanzhou Petrochemical City consists of 43 projects, which will be implemented in three years, focusing on the maintenance and reinforcement project of Xisha Yellow River Bridge, the middle section of Xigu 1 1 Road, the eastern section of Fuli Road and the section from Cuijiaya to Shengou Bridge. Through the implementation of the project in 2004, the road function of the factory will be restored. In 2005, it was mainly the east-west section of Chemical Street and the east-west section of Zhuanglang Road. In 2006, the 13 road and bridge project that was not arranged in the above two years was mainly implemented. Through the implementation of these projects, the overall image of the whole Xigu District has been comprehensively enhanced, and the great goal of a modern industrial city has been achieved.

Promote Cuijiadatan and Anning Road Network

Cuijiadatan and Anning, as important parts of Lanzhou's future planning center, should start the road network construction as soon as possible, and jointly promote the construction of new urban areas with Yingmentan and Matan, so as to lay a good foundation for the grand blueprint of Lanzhou. The road network of the two areas consists of 13 planned roads, including 53# and 520#, with a total length of 26.7 kilometers.
