Lin Binyang, male, Han nationality, born in September, 1963, from Shangrao, Jiangxi Province, joined the work in July, 1986, and became a China citizen in May, 1985. He graduated from university with a master's degree and is an associate professor. He is currently a member of the party group and deputy director (director level) of the Jiangxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission.
