During the preparation of the platform, our city launched the "Ten Thousand Miles of Employment for Retired Soldiers" activity, which attracted more than 100 enterprises from Beijing, Shanghai, Shenyang and other cities to sign up, and provided more than 2,000 positions with rich salaries and great development space for retired soldiers in more than 30 industries. At the same time, the platform will input the resumes of retired soldiers, job hunting needs, professional settings of training institutions, students' performance and graduation during training, and update them in real time. Fuxin retired soldiers can enjoy "one-click" services such as online policy answer, training registration, job recommendation, employment tracking and subsidy application by registering on the platform through personal WeChat port.
"This service platform is really useful." Zhao Xing, a retired soldier who is taking part in the professional training of CNC in Fuxin No.2 Vocational School, told the reporter that the platform not only has the results of every course since he took part in the training, but also has the certificate of CNC Lathe Level 4 which he just got a week ago. According to his training progress, he also recommended employment information of more than 10 related units.
Retired soldiers served as Dazhong and used to be drivers in the army. He retired from the army last September and returned to his hometown, trying to find a suitable job nearby, but he has never been able to do so. After the "Fuxin Retired Soldiers Training and Employment Platform" was opened, he completed the registration in the morning and filled in the employment requirements. Only 10 days after the platform was opened, 296 retired soldiers registered as members, accounting for nearly 60% of the total number of retired soldiers who returned home last year.
