Luo Xiang's doctoral supervisor is Chen Xingliang, male, from Leiyang, Hunan. Graduated from Peking University Law School with a doctorate in criminal law. He is currently a professor at the School of Criminal Justice of China University of Political Science and Law and the director of the Institute of Criminal Law of the School of Criminal Justice of China University of Political Science and Law. His research fields are criminal law, criminal law philosophy, economic criminal law and sexual crimes.
