Dong Shumin, 1973, enlisted in February with the rank of major general. Former political commissar of Chongqing Armed Police Corps. He used to be the director of the headquarters office of China People's Police Force and the deputy political commissar of the logistics department of the Armed Police Force. In June 2009, he served as political commissar of the Chongqing Armed Police Corps. In July 2007, he was promoted to the rank of Major General of Armed Police.
