Liu Yanbing, 1940, was born in the hometown of calligraphy and painting in the ancient cultural city of northern Henan. When I was young, I was strictly trained by the imperial court and studied China's paintings and calligraphy with my father. 1956 joined the work, 1960 was selected by Northwest Railway Bureau to study in Xinjiang Art College for two years and returned to the original place to engage in propaganda work.
