1. 1895 1 February 1 (October 15th of the lunar calendar), Huang was born in Yili Village, Rong County.
2. 190 1 year, Huang entered the "Wansongshan House" Academy, and later entered Rongxian Senior High School.

9. During his stay in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, he served as the Minister of Operations of the Central Military Commission and the Deputy Commander of World War II.

1 1. 1949, as a member of the national government peace negotiation delegation, went to Beiping to participate in the Kuomintang-Communist negotiations. After the talks broke down, he went to Hong Kong, made a statement of breaking away from the Kuomintang, and immediately attended the first plenary session of the China People's Political Consultative Conference.

After the establishment of People's Republic of China (PRC), he successively served as a member of the Government Affairs Council of the Central People's Government, the first, second and third sessions of the China People's Political Consultative Conference, the first session of the the NPC Standing Committee, a member of the Bills Committee, a member of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Chinese Revolutionary Committee, and a deputy director of the Taiwan Province Provincial Committee for Peace and Liberation.
On August 3 13. 1966, Huang died in Beijing. His works include Fifty Readings, Victory in the Anti-Japanese War, and Collection of Mr. Huang Jikuan's Anti-Japanese Speeches.
