Li, a female swimmer in China, was born in 2002. Good at middle and long distance freestyle; 20 16 Li, 14 years old, won the women's 400-meter freestyle gold medal in the Asian Swimming Championships.

On July 24th, 20 17, Li won the third place in 4 minutes, 03.25 seconds. Li became the third China player to get on the podium of this event in the World Championships. On July 30th, in the women's 800m freestyle final of the 20 17 World Swimming Championships, Li won the silver medal with 8 points 15.46 seconds. On September 3rd, she broke the Asian record of 1500m freestyle with15: 52.87 and won the championship.

Li introduced his early experience;

Li was born into a sports family. My father Li Jian won the national championship of men's 800m freestyle, and my mother Wang Wei is also a famous middle-distance freestyle athlete, ranking the top six in the country. Li studied in Baoding New Market Primary School and has been training in the school swimming class since the first grade. In 2006, four-year-old Li learned to swim.

In 2008, 6-year-old Li entered Xinshichang Primary School in Baoding City, Hebei Province and trained in the swimming class of the school. However, the school swimming class can only be trained at noon, which can't satisfy Li's desire for swimming. So Li's parents accompanied her to the city swimming pool to "overweight" after school, and she was directly selected into the provincial and national swimming training teams from the school in 20 13.
