Liu Zhang,1939 65438+1October 22nd, was born in Shangzhuang Village, Chengdong, Xinglong County, Hebei Province. Liu Zhang began to learn to write poetry in junior high school, and published his works in newspapers and periodicals in Chengde area from 65438 to 0956.
