TimothyTsun-TingFok, 1946 was born in Hong Kong in February, and his ancestral home is Panyu. He is the eldest son of the late famous industrialist Mr. Fok Yingdong. He is currently Chairman of Fok Ying Tung Group, Chairman of Fok Ying Tung Foundation, Member of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Member of International Olympic Committee, President of Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China, Vice President of Asian Olympic Council (East Asia) and President of Hong Kong Football Association.

Huo Zhenting's academic qualifications include Milfield College in the UK and the University of California. He is familiar with Chinese, Cantonese and English. In sports, Huo Zhenting once participated in tennis and football. Timothy Fok is currently the general manager of Fok Ying Tung Group and a member of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In addition, he is the chairman of the Fok Ying Tung Foundation. Mr Timothy Fok is the chairman of the Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China (from 1998). He was appointed as a Justice of the Peace by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 1998, awarded silver bauhinia star and gold bauhinia star by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 1999 and 2004 respectively, and won the Olympic silver medal by the International Olympic Committee in 20 18.

Mr. Huo is the chairman of the Hong Kong Football Association (from 1997) and a member of the FIFA Olympic Football Project Preparatory Committee. Since 2005, he has served as the vice chairman of the Sports Commission of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
