How to divide a paragraph into two columns and add a separator in Word?
1. First, we open the Word document to edit, click Columns in the page layout, and select More Columns. Then click to open the page border and select "Border". Then click "dividing line" and press enter to confirm.

2. Double-click to open the Word document, and the last paragraph is shown in the figure. Drag the mouse to select the content of the last paragraph of the text, as shown in the figure. Click "Page Layout" in the menu bar, then click "Columns", and click the "More Columns" button in the pop-up drop-down list.

3. Select the text, click Format in the menu bar, select Columns, select Two Columns, and click OK to divide the Word document into left and right columns. You need specific operation methods to open the document to be operated. Find the "Page Layout" column in the word toolbar and click Enter.

4. Select the part that needs columns, and click Layout-Columns-More Columns above, as shown in the following figure: After entering the column setting interface, click two columns-check the separation line-click OK, so that the last paragraph of the text is set to the same width as two columns, and a separation line is added.

5. Open the WORD document, select the paragraph text that needs column, and click Column-More Column in the page layout. In the pop-up column setting interface, select two columns and check the dividing line, and then click OK.

6. In word, divide the text into two columns with equal width, with a separator in the middle. Do the corresponding settings in the column settings.
