Chen Yunying, female, born in February 1953, Han nationality, born in Taipei, Taiwan Province Province, is the first doctor of special education in China, enjoying a high academic reputation at home and abroad, and is currently an academic leader in the field of special education research in China. He has published more than 10 works, such as Guide to Adoptive Mothers for Special Children, Educational Diagnosis for Disabled Children, Basic of Special Education in China, Learning Experiment-Successful Experience in Rural Areas, Educational Research for Children with Mental Retardation, Classroom Teaching in Regular Classes, etc., and published 40 articles on township research in Chinese and English. Established "China Special Needs Online Website", edited the first set of "Special Education Reference Series" in China, and founded "China Special Education Magazine". 1992 was awarded by the State Council as an expert with outstanding contributions to education and scientific research, enjoying special government allowance.
