Zhuanghe is a city under the jurisdiction of Dalian, Liaoning Province. Zhuanghe city, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Liaoning Province, is managed by Dalian. It is located in the south of Liaodong Peninsula and on the north bank of the Yellow Sea. This is a hilly area, belonging to the southern section of the Qian Shan Mountains. The whole land area is 4 1 13.6 square kilometers (including Dalian Huayuankou Economic Zone), the sea area is 2,900 square kilometers, and the natural coastline is 285 kilometers. By 2020, Zhuanghe will govern 25 townships (towns) and streets, including 6 townships, 15 towns and 4 streets. Zhuanghe River system is vertical and horizontal, with dense rivers and rich water conservation, which is an important water source in Dalian. There are national geological parks and 4A-level ice and snow tourist resorts; Zhuanghe Port is located in the core of Northeast Asia economic circle and the front of the opening up of the North Yellow Sea. It is a national first-class open port, and Danda Expressway and Zhuanggai Expressway are connected with national highways 20 1, 305, Shenyang-Dalian Expressway and Shenyang-Dalian Expressway to form a ring expressway network. Dadan express railway connects the northeast railway network with the Russian Far East.
