Ceng Qiaomin, female, Han nationality, born in Hengyang County, Hengyang City, was born in April of 1966 with a bachelor's degree. 1985 10 joined the work,18/990 joined the party. He has served as member of the Standing Committee of Hengyang Zhengxiang District Committee, executive deputy head of the District People's Government, deputy secretary of the party group, chairman of Hengyang Women's Federation and secretary of the party group.
