Due to the large number of trains, the turnout must run continuously. Therefore, in order to reduce the friction between the switch rail and the sliding bed plate and make the switch rail run quickly, we need to oil the sliding bed plate. Before oiling, we wipe off the dirt on the surface of the sliding bed board with a towel, and then apply the oil evenly on the sliding bed board with a brush.
Due to the large number of trains, the sliding bed plate will break after long-term work. So we need to replace the new sliding bed. The tools used to replace the sliding bed board mainly include: claw wrench, adjustable wrench, crowbar, grinder, press, sledgehammer, etc. Before replacement, we need to use a sledgehammer and wrench to remove the fasteners and bolts of several sliding bed plates before and after the broken sliding bed plate, then use a press to lift the turnout rail and curve rail, then remove the broken sliding bed plate and install a polished new sliding bed plate, and finally remove the bolts and fasteners on the press.

Our daily maintenance work is mainly carried out around the three weak links of the line, namely joints, turnouts and curves. This month is mainly to follow the masters to deal with the wrong joint teeth and replace the joint splint.
Malocclusion can be divided into high and low malocclusion and left and right malocclusion. Because the subway adopts concrete monolithic track bed, there is generally no high and low staggered teeth, so we mainly use triangular iron sheets to deal with left and right staggered teeth at the scene.
Before the operation, we should take all the tools used, such as adjustable wrench, sledgehammer, triangle iron, etc. During the operation, we loosen the connecting bolts appropriately according to the malocclusion, then put the corresponding triangular iron piece between the splint and the rail completely, and finally tighten the bolts. If there are still a few wrong teeth, hit the joints with a sledgehammer until there are no wrong teeth.
When replacing the joint splint, remove the joint bolts in the correct order, and then remove the splint. After removing the splint, remove the rust and oil stain on the contact surface between the splint and the rail and bolt, and check the rail belly and rail end for damage. If there is no damage, apply oil evenly on the contact surface between the splint and the track, and fasten the new splint. Finally, tighten the bolts in the correct order.
