Chen Huacheng, a native of Tongan, Fujian, whose real name is Lianfeng. A veteran. He used to be the company commander of Jinmen Town and the prefect of Fujian Navy. It is good to caress the foot soldiers on weekdays, which is very enlightening.

Before the Opium War broke out, Zeng Du led his men to repel the invasion of British ships many times along the coast of Fujian, which was highly valued by Deng Tingzhen, governor of Fujian and Zhejiang.

After the war broke out, he was transferred to the prefect of Jiangnan and stationed at Wusongkou, the fortress. With the support of Yu Qian, Governor of Liangjiang, 60 new bronze cannons weighing 8,000 kilograms were cast, 26 earth barriers were built, and foot soldiers were actively trained and reinforced.
