Mr. Guan has published 26 works in Chinese, German, English and Italian, among which the most striking is the six German versions of Selected Works of Lu Xun, which he and Professor Gu Bin of Germany jointly compiled. His documentary literature "Waves" (German version titled "Living under Two Skies") reflects the colorful life and personal spiritual growth history of an intellectual in China. For many years, this book has been rated as the best five-star work by the German publishing community. His prose "European wind and European rain" was published by Hong Kong and Beijing Sanlian Bookstore in the winter of 20 10.

Mr. Guan is also a social activist. Over the past 30 years, with the support of the Fok Ying Tung Foundation, large-scale activities such as Chinese and Western cultural seminars and China Cultural Festival have been held in major European cities such as Paris, Berlin, Geneva, Vienna, Lyon and Hamburg. He is currently the president of the European Chinese Society, the president of the German-Chinese Cultural Exchange Association, and the foreign director of the Shanghai Foreign Cultural Exchange Association.

Mr. Guan and his wife collaborated to write a book to introduce the culture of China to Europe. He works for several newspapers in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.

Paper writing, published articles totaling millions of words; Mr. Guan has also trained nearly a thousand students, with peaches and plums all over the world.
