At the beginning of the college's establishment, it established the working principle of building a teaching staff with equal emphasis on "enrichment, adjustment, improvement and perfection" and "introduction from outside and internal training", adhered to the people-oriented principle of "attracting occupation, rallying feelings, retaining treatment and management system", comprehensively implemented the "269 Talent Project" with "stability, training, introduction and borrowing wisdom" as its main contents, and formulated. Among 1699 faculty members, there are full-time teachers 1443, professional teachers 1450, and "double-qualified" teachers 1320, accounting for more than 7 1%, including 364 doctors and 65430 masters. There are 73 people with deputy senior titles1/kloc-0, and the college also has special posts. It has hired Dr. Bassa, a professor from Bonn University, Dr. Gaoqing Max Lu and Dr. Ma Qing, a world-renowned environmental expert and doctoral supervisor, and Professor Weng Yuejin, a doctoral supervisor from China Academy of Agricultural Sciences, as visiting professors, and hired more than 80 senior engineers and technicians from the production and scientific research front lines inside and outside the province as part-time teachers of the college, and gradually established a young and professional team.
