Office work and field work are necessarily different. Back office means going to work normally, signing labor contracts, having weekends and holidays, and getting paid well. Field work is different. No labor contract, only agency contract. You don't pay five insurances and one gold, and there is no basic salary. You rely entirely on your own business ability. If you have contacts, you can sell more insurance policies and make money in the field.
