Fenghuang Lock Neck, located in Liudu Town, Wuwei County, is a key project in the second passage of Hefei and Chaohu Lake into the Yangtze River, which has been included in the development plan of inland river shipping in Anhui Province. The ship lock is built according to the lock standard of Class III waterway (1000 tons), with the designed annual throughput of12 million tons, estimated investment of 236 million yuan, and the construction period is about 3 years.
