On the morning of March 4th, the second meeting of the 15th People's Congress of Gaoyi County was held in the conference room on the second floor of the conference building. Xu Jiangwei, director of the county people's congress, Zhang Yanfa, Zhang Jiangang and Ge Jinguo, deputy directors, were seated in front of the rostrum. County leaders attended the meeting and took seats in front of the rostrum. County leaders, Xing, Wang, Jin Jun, Su Rui, Ren, and the principal leaders of previous people's congresses were also seated on the rostrum.

The meeting was presided over by Yang Guofang, secretary of the county party committee.

The meeting elected Comrade Yang Dongguo as the deputy director of the 15th NPC Standing Committee and Comrade Han Jianhui as a member of the 15th NPC Standing Committee by secret ballot. The meeting adopted the Resolution on the Work Report of the County Government, the Resolution on the Implementation of the National Economic and Social Development Plan of Gaoyi County in 20 14 and the Report on the National Economic and Social Development Plan of 20 15, the Resolution on the Implementation of the Financial Budget of Gaoyi County in 20 14, and the Resolution on the Implementation of the National Economic and Social Development Plan of Gaoyi County in 2014.

On the morning of 12, the fifth meeting of the 15th People's Congress of Gaoyi County completed all the agendas and concluded successfully.
