Mingji/KLOC-0 was born in Liu Jiahe Village, Shuiping Town, Zhuxi County, Shiyan City, Hubei Province in 1939, and went to Taiwan in 1949. He graduated from political cadre school and foreign language management school. He has served as general of China Kuomintang, director and general manager of China Film Company's studio, deputy director of the Central Cultural Work Committee (ministerial level), professor of Chinese Culture University (professor of Russian Department), chairman of Taiwan Province Film and Opera Association, and academician of Ukrainian International Slavic Academy of Sciences. In the early 1980s, BenQ left politics and devoted himself to the study of Eastern Europe. His writings were abundant and he was well-known in the academic circles of the United States and Taiwan Province Province.

Mr. BenQ once traveled between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait and the United States at the age of more than 80 years, calling for the recognition of one China, opposing "Taiwan independence", and running for opposing independence and promoting reunification.

In the early 1980s, facing the crisis of the industry, BenQ was determined to change. He started with the introduction of "new forces". Since 198 1, Wu Nianzhen, Xiao Ye, Duan and Huang Jiasheng have been recruited into China Film as editors, planners, producers and propagandists. 1982, the "Information Bureau" also complied with public opinion and cancelled the "script pre-examination" system. Filmmakers have more free space. Also in this year, China Film released The Story of Time, which was jointly created by four young directors. This is the beginning of the "New Film Movement" in Taiwan Province Province.

During his tenure as the general manager of the Central Film Company, BenQ founded the first film culture city in Taiwan Province Province and the first film printing factory in Taiwan Province Province, promoted the brand-new film production policy of "high quality and low cost", trained film technical personnel, and opened the era of "New Wave Film in Taiwan Province Province". The directors who grew up in the new film wave at that time are all famous directors now, including, Chen,,, Zhang Yi,,, Todd Chen, Zhuang Xiang Zeng, Xiao Ye, Wu Nianzhen and others. [ 1]
